💛 1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Promise

We want every pet parent to feel confident and supported.

If you or your pet are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

This promise applies to all products purchased directly from mypawfond.com.

📦 2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product should be in its original packaging

  • Opened or partially used products may still be eligible — we review each case with care

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

We always aim to handle each request with fairness and respect.

🚫 3. Items Not Eligible

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products purchased from other retailers (such as Amazon or local stores)

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or not following usage instructions

For products purchased outside our website, please contact the original retailer directly.

If a physical return is required:

  • We will provide detailed return instructions and the return address

  • Unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item, customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm your refund status

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original method of payment

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears in your account

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
