  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: processed the next business day
    Every order receives a final quality check before it leaves our warehouse.

🚚 Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All U.S. orders enjoy complimentary standard shipping.

Standard Delivery:

  • Estimated arrival: 3–7 business days

  • Delivered via Amazon MCF, USPS, UPS, or FedEx
    Tracking information will be emailed once your package is on the way.

📍 Address Accuracy

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is correct.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • We can reship it to the corrected address

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

If a package is marked “Delivered” but missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Check mailbox/parcel lockers

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Then email us — we will help from there

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging (if available)

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
